Today is #TransformationTuesday and I just want to shout this girl out for being a SHINING LIGHT and ENCOURAGER in our fit fam group and for also wanting something more for herself, setting goals and utilizing her tools to reach them. .
This summer when she was out of school, she decided to work on building healthy daily habits of working out at home to a specific program and being consistent with simple and delicious healthy meals that fit her lifestyle of being a working mom of 2 young ones (not a lot of time to herself).
She showed up everyday in our group because she had goals that she wanted to reach and stuck to her program and healthy eating habits. She got her workout in 5-7 days a week which was huge for her!!!! But she loved it and found that she didn't want to miss one because then that would mess up her consistency and get her off of her routine. .
Then it came time to start back to school and she was concerned that it would be harder because she would have to get up so early to get it in. Well, this is a picture of her on the first day of school and she is wearing a pair of pants that wouldn't even buckle the school year before!!!!!! .
Now she is 14lbs down, in AMAZING shape, doing tough workouts that she never thought she could do and realizing that she is so much stronger than she gave herself credit for!!!! .
She is getting up at 4:15 every morning to get her workout in because it gives her energy, makes her feel better and is totally worth it! .
It's not about what you can't do, start thinking about what you CAN DO!!! .
