It's not the prettiest, but it's moving in the right direction. Working on consistent decent speed and depth, breaking with my knees first, keeping the chest UP, trusting my legs on the drive up, appropriate weight distribution (big toe, middle of foot- I have a tendency to roll on the outside of my foot)... I could go on and on, but I'm still proud of this. #lovemygymfamily Thanks to everyone for the cheers. 💪
