Every time I set up for a lift it reminds me of setting up for a free throw back in my ballin days 🏀😎. Same. Exact. Thing. Every. Single. Time. Haha! Ended with 3 at 130 then 1 at 135. Can’t wait to max out next week😈.
Then went out with a bang with my friends (who love being on camera btw🤣) on today’s conditioning:

Burpee over the dumbbell
