My husband tells me to write down exactly what I put in smoothies when the flavor is 💯 and everyone loves it, BUT I somehow always forget and end up winging it every time. It does mean that sometimes the flavor isn’t great and no one drinks them but today it was the creamiest smoothie yet and tasted just like ice cream. My boys don’t like 🥑 plain but love it in smoothies, so extra bonus there! So once again, I didn’t get the exact quantities of each ingredient, but here’s what’s in it: Half frozen banana, spinach, avocado, frozen peaches, @bobsredmill ground flax seed, a dash of @vega_team vegan vanilla protein for the kids (a whole scoop for me), unsweetened @califiafarms almond milk. I added a few chia seeds but usually like to add cacao nibs for the crunch.
