Before every workout I listen to a quick podcast and drink my go-go preworkout drink. (A friend told me this morning she was out of it and my jaw dropped. How does that happen?!?! Yep, it’s that good and essential to me) 😉

I also heard: If you are casual about your dream then you will end up a casualty.
You have to fight for your dream.
The question is: what is going to get you fired up about your dream??? For me, I feel strong, powerful and confident after a workout.
That’s one of the many reasons I do this.
When your why is big enough you’ll overcome any how.
I want to feel strong.
I want to feel powerful.
I want to feel confident.
