I often hear people put off by pulses because of the soaking process. But you know what, you don’t have to soak them! Buy them in cans, it saves heaps of time and it’s as good! Ok, I probably wouldn’t have canned broccoli (does it even exist? It probably does in France 🙄) because it’s likely that water soluble vitamins such as B vitamins would have got damaged in the canning process but pulses aren’t so fragile, so go for it!
