Last day of my plan💪🏼 😎 really enjoyed this session, I'm just sad I was so unmotivated and negative throughout the rest of this plan over previous weeks 😟 I don't enjoy dieting long term at all and will need to learn to utilize diet breaks. I also need to control my gym anxiety 😑
Today I did this workout (all sets are performed at 1RIR)
⚪Conventional deads 6 sets of 8-10 @ 65kg
⚪Hip thrusts 6 sets of 10-12 @ 85kg ⚪Reverse DB lunges 5 sets of 10-12 @ 12kg each hand (these are meant to he barbell reverse lunges but the rack wasn't free 🙄) I'm going to deload for a few days now and start my new plan with @myonomics
Sometime next week. Can't wait for something new ✨
