In our country, anxiety disorders remains most common form of mental illness and the society continues to make it difficult for those affected by it to ask for help and open up about their daily struggles. These panic disorders are often not physically visible but sufferings are unimaginable.
"Anxiety", its when someone starts assuming that everyone is going to leave. The truth is they battle something they can't control and there is so many insecurities within themselves when it comes to relationships. They know it's difficult and they don't want to burden you with their stupid thoughts and useless worries. So instead, they try to push you away before you get the chance to leave them.
Unfortunately, too many people neglect or get frustrated when it comes to their partner's insecurities or leave them before things get too worse.
Fortunately, not in my case..
He told me everyday, just because you've become too sensitive or everyday's headache , it doesn't mean you're not worth fighting for.
Well, its hard af loving someone who suffers from anxiety. They will be over sensitive, they will make up scenarios in their head causing an argument, and constant assurity needed.
So I just want to say that, whosoever going through this, stay strong!!
Find yourself someone who doesn't make you feel like loving you is a job, someone who will assure you of little things. Someone who doesn't tell you that you're overreacting.
Someone that will rock you on the floor in the dead middle of an anxiety attack.
Someone that no matter how hard you push them away, they do not leave!! Its okay not to be okay but the best part is having strong team around you.
