A must try kheer for every one. It was very creamy and full of taste. Plus it's a very receipe.
Here is how to make it: Boil half liter milk with some jaggery or condensed milk or sugar as per tatse and 1 teaspoon cardamom powder till the milk reduces to almost half and becomes a bit thick and creamy. Set it aside to cool down. Blend 1 cup tender coconut flesh with some tender coconut water till it becomes a puree. When the milk cools down add the puree, half cup thick coconut milk and half cup chopped tender coconut flesh and mix well. Tender coconut kheer is ready.

Monday - Curdrice and leftover chicken tenders from @mcdonalds (I don’t have a picture thou)
Tuesday - Rice, Dal with carrot& carrot poriyal.
Wednesday - Opos biryani something with all veggies I had in fridge,raita for Mi but I was somberi to make some for myself hence curd and onion.
Thursday- Idly and chicken kozhambu. Idly was substituted by rice for the president.
Friday- A simple white sauce pasta with flash cooked broccoli and spinach.
Saturday- Rice, sambar (carrots,radish,beans,tomatoes along with dal),keerai poriyal w/o coconut,radish+carrot poriyal that was a fail along with store bought muruku sticks.

We all know that corn and cheese have been long term buddies and that they always go hand in hand. Now adding spinach to the duo makes an amazing trio as well as adds to the beauty of my today’s dish or rather any dish I would say. So guys, today I have this cheesy corn and spinach sandwich which is definitely going to lift up your mood and make your day! You know Dhruv used to hate spinach, in fact he used to hate any green based food. But now he relishes the greens with heart! Of course not all but at least through with spinach😄 and I’m glad! So it’s always a little twist in your making process and the kind of recipes you select which helps! Not just with kids but also with husbands😂
For this recipe, you need to prepare a thick creamy white sauce first which we prepare by using all purpose flour, some butter and milk. Then add boiled corn kernels and nicely blanched chopped spinach and lots of grated cheese! Season it with little salt, pepper and chilli flakes and your sandwich filling is ready. Butter the slices of brown bread, spread the cheesy filling on one bread and cover it with the other buttered slice of bread. Grill it and done! Serve it with some ketchup or green chutney and of course some chips for that munch along with the crunch and a cup of chai or any of your favourite drink! Your scrumptious cheesy corn and spinach sandwich is ready to gorge on! Happy cooking and happy weekend folks💃🏻

So I had decided to share more updates on Instagram, but for some important reason I took a break. Now I'm back!! I tried making a healthy, creamy risotto, and now I think I have found the right recipe. I do think I should become a chef!! 😍
