As a life coach in training, I am still constantly trying to strike that balance between work, workingout, studying, and me time. David fusses at me all the time for not stopping and taking a break. He lives to ride and I have taken to it fondly.
Rule #1 ... Always take timeout to do what you love with the people you love. Share some videos and photos with me of you all simply enjoying life, doing the things you love.
Someone you know has just recently lost a loved one. What you say in the next few moments can either give them encouragement and hope or leave them in utter disgust. Yes, we may say things with good intentions but remember that end of life is a sensitive subject. So if you’re unsure of what to say, here are some statements you should avoid when consoling someone.
1.“It’s for the best.” 2.“I know what you are feeling.” 3.“Everything’s going to be okay.” 4.“How are you doing?” 5.“They’re in a better place.” #HospiceCare#LovedOnes#Awareness
A short film to remember a loved one, Lauren Amber Nemcek who had passed away last year. To see the support and love from her family and friends is wonderful to see and a blessing. (Link to full video in my bio).
You're supposed to say your mum is the best person in the world but even if she wasn't my mum I'd stand by that statement. We along are heading up to Auckland Hospital today as mum has to undergo open heart surgery on Monday. A testing time but we are both remaining positive and constructive! A big thank you to all the support from loved ones and special mention to @sassy_hulkess12 and mum's class and staff at Freyberg High School for their support and awesome effort making this giant sized card 😁 If you haven't told your mum or dad or sister or brother or whoever that you love them in a while do so today 😊 #positivevibes#motherandson#lovedones#pappy
