Here's a makeup-free, fresh-faced selfie coming in hot 🙈🙈🙈
People often ask me for skin tips, so here are a few:
1️⃣Always take pictures with good lighting 😂😂😂 Seriously! I look WAY older in bad lighting! LOL
2️⃣The foods you eat and the liquids you drink will play a SIGNIFICANT role in the look of your skin. Eat/drink junk and the largest organ in your body (your skin) will show it. Conditions like acne, rosacea, psoriasis, etc are ABSOLUTELY connected with the foods we eat. Want better skin??? Eliminate the foods that irritate the gut! The two biggest culprits are gluten/grains and dairy.
3️⃣Stay out of the sun! I live in Florida where it's sunny practically everyday! I wish I would've developed better habits in my teens and 20s, but better late than never, right? Wear SPF sunscreen on your face and a visor on your head whenever possible!
4️⃣Hydrate your skin with quality products! I personally use a toner, frankincense facial oil and facial cream daily! You can find the exact products I use on my website's recommendation page. Link is in my bio.
5️⃣Get moving! Sweat flushes your body of toxins that can clog your pores and cause pimples and skin blemishes.
6️⃣Drink lots of water!!! Without adequate water intake, skin appears duller, and wrinkles and pores more prominent. Our skin is 64% water, so you can imagine what dehydration looks like to your skin!
7️⃣Do the best you can, but realize with age comes wrinkles and laugh lines.....a sign of a life well lived!
