When my college softball season ended 2/3 months ago, I decided I wanted something different. I want to look lean & strong. I have been lifting 5-6x a week, cardio 2x, sprints 2x. The number on the scale doesn’t matter, what matters to me is how I look & how I feel.
Although this journey is going to take quite a few months & a ton of motivation, I’m ready for it. I’m new into this whole “lifting” fitness life.. and I’m loving it!! in 2/3 years from now, I know I’ll be very happy & I won’t regret it❤️ follow me on my journey!🙂
