Today I did the stairclimber for 55 minutes at level 7. I also did a cool down. When I weighed myself this morning I was 147.8. Earlier this week when I weighed myself I was 148.6. I am officially down 33lbs. I am so happy! I have been working really hard for this! I have sacrificed a lot for this! My hard work is paying off! I love seeing the results! It is okay to be a work in progress. I am still a work in progress. One day I will hit my goal weight but until then I will celebrate the little victories along the way! The year is almost over! It’s not too late to start! You could still lose some weight before the year ends! Don’t wait until the new year to start! Start today! You can do it! Are you ready?

Feeling cute with my little beb! I love being able to feel comfortable and confident in cold weather gear this year. I used to hate the extra layers and would rather freeze than allow myself to look bulkier. This year I bought a cute puffy coat that is so warm, and I’m so grateful for the comfort I now have in my own body. .

It’s okay to be a beginner. Just keep working and you will get there. I started out with 3 and 5 lb weights. I didn’t think I would be able to achieve much, with those little tiny weight. I actually lost most of my weight, with just those two weight sizes. It wasn’t just about the weights, it was about how hard i was willing to work and how much I put in.

I've been through this too and I get it. In fact, I used to be so paranoid that I wouldn't be able to sleep.. LITERALLY!! Let's say you get sick and you can't train. There is still half if your fitness life that you can control - nutrition. So this is the truth.

People think they will lose all their gains. As I am writing this post, the gym in my university has been closed for the 4th day in a row because of the national day holiday and I felt like I was getting weaker. So I still kept my nutrition in check as best I could. I will continue (not start from scratch) the training program I have for myself and I remembered to not throw away my progress because of a couple days with no gym. •
Nothing happens when you miss a week. Nothing will happen if you miss 2 weeks either. Nothing will probably happen if you miss 3 weeks. What will happen in a little flattening of the muscles because of depleted glycogen and water. You also might hold on to water weight because you aren't exercising enough, or at all. But all this is very quickly reversible that it will take just a week to get everything back on track. Muscle memory - your muscles always remember where they were before you took the break so even if you do lose muscle, gaining it BACK it extremely easy.

Did anyone have a cheeky cheat day or weekend? I might be guilty of that 👀😂 however, to keep keto friendly you can eat these carbs freely, which are mainly vegetables. They are high in fibre and low glycemic:

* brussel sprouts

* asparagus
* collard greens
* cabbage

In moderation, you can eat:
* carrots
* bell pepper
* onion
* tomato
They are low in fibre and high glycemic.
