Per bowl of white rice is equivalent to 200-250calories (chicken rice bowl). This is more then enough for our body to generate energy and fill full. Try to add more protein and some team veggies too. But, for those who want to see faster result or people who still having high body fat we suggest to have rice in the afternoon only. Of coz you may not use to this method, but trust me this is just a temporary way. Wait til u reach your goal then can enjoy better.
So my conclusion is you still can have rice during weight loss journey.

I’m walking out of the gym at 10pm on a Sunday night and if you’re not doing the same? You ain’t grinding!!!! For me to say that would be asinine - but I’m sure you’ve either felt that way, or been told to feel that way. The “No days off” mentality is a great way to seem hardcore, but not a great way to live your life.
Some of you may have gotten up at 10am and went to bed at 8pm and got all your work done for the day. That’s great! Seriously - kudos to you!
Some of you may be walking out of the gym along side of me because the day got crazy and this is the only time you have.
Some of you may have to stay up and study/work into the night because that’s what has to be done.
Some of you may wake up at 4 or 5am to workout before work, because again, that’s how your life makes sense and it’s the time you can get it in.
Someone else’s “grind” is no better than yours. If you can be efficient within your day, there’s no need to feel guilty for not hashtag grinding.
I had the BEST breakfast at #Eggstacy this morning in Scottsdale that fit my macros great! This was breakfast quinoa that had quinoa, walnuts, cranberries, apples, cinnamon and pure maple syrup. I will definitely be attempting to make this at home this fall. If I find a good recipe, I will be sure to share it. 🍽👌🏼
