"So it's been a little while since my last update of 53 pounds down, i am now down another pants size and 6 more pounds. I wanted to share this morning about the freedom that TLC has given me. The freedom to know I am no longer confined to only shopping in the plus size sections of the store as a matter of fact I cant shop in that section any longer. كيفية تقوية الأظافر وتطويلها بسرعة توجد عدّة وصفات يمكن من خلالها العناية بالأظافر، وتقويتها ضدّ الكسر، أو التّشقّق، ومنها الوصفات الطّبيعية الآتية: عصير الليمون يحتوي اللّيمون على فيتامين C، الذي يسهّل النّمو الصّحي للأظافر، ويزيل الاصفرار عنها، ويجب عدم استخدامه على اليدين أو الأصابع المصابة بالجروح؛ لأنّه سيلسعها، وطريقة استخدامه هي:[٣] المكونات: ملعقة كبيرة من عصير اللّيمون. 3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون طريقة التحضير: يُمزج اللّيمون وزيت الزّيتون في وعاءٍ. يُسخّن المزيج في الميكروويف لمدّة 20 ثانية. ثمّ تنقع الأظافر في المزيج لمدّة 10 دقائق. يمكن تكرار الوصفة يومياً. وهناك طريقة يومية أخرى، وذلك باستخدام شريحة من اللّيمون، يتم فركها على الأظافر لمدّة 5 دقائق، ثمّ يغسّل بالماء الدّافئ.

زيت جوز الهند يحتوي زيت جوز الهند على العناصر الغذائيّة التي توفر التّرطيب، والتّغذية للأظافر، وللبشرة المحيطة بها، كما أنه يعالج الالتهابات الفطريّة فيها، لذلك فابستخدامه يمكن الحصول على أظافر صحيّة وقويّة، وطريقته هي:[٣] المكونات: زيت جوز الهند البكر. طريقة التحضير: يُسخّن زيت جوز الهند البكر قليلاً. ثمّ يتم تدليك الأظافر والأصابع بحركةٍ دائريّة به؛ وهذا يعمل على تحفيز نمو الأظافر من خلال تحفيز الدّورة الدّموية. تكرّر الوصفة يومياً قبل النّوم.
