Appena mettevo qualche kiletto facevo la prima dieta che mi capitava per perderli altrettanto velocemente.
Saltavo i pasti e strafogavo tutti i giorni quello che mi capitava sottomano.

Poco dopo aver iniziato il programma per perdere gli 8 kg presi in gravidanza mi sono resa conto che per avere un bell’aspetto è necessario curare l’interno con l’alimentazione ed è così facendo che non ho più ripreso un etto.
