The funny thing is that I thought I was happy, I had myself convinced that I wore my weight well, until I slipped up and walking passed a mirror and caught that off guard stomach!!! And that was the 1st photo, I decided right then and there that something had to change! 😩 This is my midsection over a 1 year time span and lets get this very clear I was not pregnant in that first picture my son is 7 years old, that was plan old FAT! I still have slip ups and eat unhealthy I'm not perfect but the most import thing is that i no longer binge eat. I count my calories daily and input them in a transfer and journal rather it's good or bad, I don't care if I had 3000 Calories that day, I track all 3000, because at least I know what I'm putting in and I'm not guessing! Anyone can lose weight with lots of hard work and dedication and a lot less excuses! Okay, guys! I have been away but for good reason...
I MOVED! 🏡 Yup, I finally have a place to call my own and I am so happy about it. With that being said, it has been a pretty stressful 2018 already and I have gained weight. I hit my highest weight this month, 270 pounds 😓
But, it’s okay! Life and this journey have setbacks and I’m coming back stronger than ever. 😈
I will be going back to my normal posting schedule and being more consistent, so look out for new posts coming ❤️

Pro tip 1: muscle weighs more than fat, if you aren’t seeing the scales move it does not mean you aren’t making progress, photos and measurements are just as, if not more important!

Pro tip 2: Your scales can not accurately show your body fat percentage. My bf% has stayed the same on the scales the whole time, which is actually impossible. If you want to know you bf% you’ll need to go see a professional who will measure your skin folds!
