My #transformation in 6 years. In 2012 me when I was 36 years old (after 7 years of training), and me today in 2018 I’m 42 years old. I started to workout in the gym only when I was 29 years old in 2005.

Let's start this post out by saying that high protein and a positive nitrogen balance not the only things to build muscle.

So we want our muscles to get bigger, right? (Sure, some of you don’t but this is still good info to have 😋)

In order to make them bigger, knowing what they are actually made of is super important. Im not talking about the cell structures here, I mean the real basic building blocks. I’ll save the more specific stuff for another post 🤓

Water makes up 75% of lean muscle tissue. Makes sense because water is the majority of the rest of our body too. So maybe getting that 3-4 litres in a day isn’t such a bad idea after all 😉

After that we have protein. 18 % is very significant. You’ve got to make sure you’re getting enough in your diet to satisfy the cellular demands.

Rounding out the rest, we have fat, vitamins, minerals and some carbs, which all play their part in maintaining healthy muscle tissue.

I didn’t quite realise the impact that our Superfoods has had on my mind and body 🤦🏼‍♀️ until I stopped taking it for 10 days 😳 🆂🆄🅶🅰🆁 🅲🆁🅰🆅🅸🅽🅶🆂 have returned 🍫🍿🍩🍭🍪🍰 will eat anything sweet that I find 🤦🏼‍♀️ and no longer happy with a glass of wine 🍷 I need to drink the bottle 🍾🙄 🆂🅻🅴🅴🅿 😵 my old friend insomnia has returned 😭 not quite as it was but it’s slowly increasing..... plus when I do sleep 😴 I’m having crazy dreams that wake me...... 🙄 🅸🅱🆂 🤮 yesterday was the first time in months I needed pain killers 🙄 🅴🅽🅴🆁🅶🆈 🤯 zapped!!!!!!! 🙄

Jest oh i ah ! 💦👑 Ciężko, ale ćwiczenia są tak różne, urozmaicone, że nawet się nie zorientowałam a już było rozciąganie🔥🔥
Polecam! Na prawdę, ten kto może (nie ma przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych) niech bierze się do roboty 👊
I koniec z wymówkami! Ja też je gdzieś tam mam i mogłabym powiedzieć, że mi się nie chce, bo to i tamto!
Z tym, że mam wieczorem mnóstwo czasu, bo synek chodzi spać o stałej godzinie. I aż wstyd nie wykorzystać czasu wieczorem 💪 A godzina w ciągu dnia to serio, nie jest mega dużo. I każdy ma na bank taka chwilę.
A poświęcając tą jedną godzinę codziennie, możesz zdziałać cuda 💙
I jeszcze jedno.
Koncentrujmy się na sobie, na naszym ciele, umyśle. Nie na innych, bo to niszczy od wewnątrz 👊
