One of my favorite parts about getting my daily minimum of 10,000 steps is looking at peoples houses. I'm basically stalking my neighbors🕵🏻♀️. But how sweet are these steps?
For me, I move mostly for my mental health. Because walking releases pain killing endorphins that lift your mood. Without this, or some type of movement, I can be Morticia, hiding in the corner👤.
What about for you? In general, walking has major anti-aging benefits, and reduces the risk of so many diseases. The statistics of just how sick and tired Americans are due to lack of better nutrition, and movement, are crazy. Could it be partially due to the fact that the average American sits for 8 to 10 hours a day? I change my mind- THAT is the thing that's really fucking crazy. But, I realize this is a lot of peoples reality. And if it is, walking just 2 to 3 minutes every hour can combat the negative effects of sitting for so long.
Get out and move! Stalk your neighbors! 😳 Take photos in their yard! 🤔😬 just don't get arrested on behalf of movement.👮🏻♀️🚨
