Workout 1 for this week, #hiit workout with weights (obviously) weight lifting my way has been a game changer for my life. Not only have I gotten physically stronger but mentally as well. Meditation is the only other thing that keeps me mentally strong but this is different, I KNOW I can do it, push through the tough spots as @loriharder says do one tough thing a day and you can do anything. Only 2 to 3 times a week for 20 min, who doesn't have time for that? To feel amazing?! Weight lifting has made my yoga practice better as well as running. I have so much more stamina and strength. I feel better, my body feels amazing and no I'm not bulking up ladies, I'm getting lean and toned. I've been doing this since last December. I'm so fricking proud of myself!
Peeps just try, you may hate it at first but you'll really love the results, and you may even come to love it!
