Transformation Tuesday 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Every day is a stepping stone - this is a lifestyle, not a race! I'm still on my journey to becoming the fittest healthiest version of me, but I'm pretty damn happy with how far I've come so far and I know what I am capable of now. 💯💯I will get where i want to be soon enough with. Change your attitude, change your mind set, change your habits and these will change your life for the better!
👊🏽👊🏽I applied this mentality along with my work ethic to get this far, hell i ain't stopping now - time is going to pass anyway, so don't look back with regret that you stopped and gave up, because if you had of continued, you would be a lot further a long than, than if you ever quit.💪🏽💪🏽
Quitting really does get you nowhere in life, so if you know that, commit to your goals, and slowly but surely you will be where you wana be! So far for me I set my self the goal of losing half my body weight from 127kgs/280lbs in years 🏆🏆and i did that, the following year was about keeping it off, improving my strength, fitness and health, now its about burning more fat and building muscle, gaining a stronger core, and eating even better. 🙏🏽🙏🏽Each year since i Started in 2014 i'm improving in mind body and spirit and loving the process and journey along the way! Don't look at your goals and body as just weight loss and a number, look at it as a progressive healthy life! ☺️☺️Then you will the results!
