💥💥Every time I post a transformation picture i get a lot of similar questions from new followers or people who may have just come across my page so to make it quick & simple for you, here in short is some of what people always want to know, but in essence I answer all these questions through out my instagram & youtube in a longer more detailed format if you go through my posts:
📍How much did i lose? 140lbs (63.5kgs) in 2yrs
📍How did I do it? Short answer is through hardwork, determination,exercise, good nutrition & food
📍Have i had surgery? No none at all, not even skin removal (scroll down my IG for more on lose skin)
📍What keeps me motivated? My current results, pictures, how I feel & knowing all my goals are now reachable
📍What kinds of exercise do I do? In all honestly, anything that keeps me active - weights, cycling, hill walking, swimming, yoga, dancing etc..
📍How often do i workout? Everyday, sometimes twice a day, but i started out with just 20 minutes every second day (I grew to love it)
📍Do I have cheat meals? On Occasion if I fancy them, i don't schedule them, i wait & see when i crave something, within reason, & see if i can still have a healthy version of the food I crave
📍What made me change? I was always happy big, i owned it, but my health was starting to suffer so I changed for a better quality of life
📍How tall am I? 5'3 #shortandproud
📍Whats my calorie intake? This can vary depending on my daily exercise & what I eat each day of the week, but can range from 1700-2500 calories.
📍Do i use any programs, fat burners, weightloss aids? Hell no! i hate fads and gimmicks, when i know this can be done the natural way!
📍Whats my number one tip? Love who you are now, and then love yourself enough to be the best, healthiest, fittest version you can be, and love the process of getting there. You have to do this for you and you only, knowing its for a better healthier lifestyle!
