Let me tell you guys something. I've always hated Hip-Thrusters since day one... First because I didn't use to fit under the bar, so I couldn't roll this up to my hips. I still remember @yeahsoowhat had to deadlift the bar to place it on my hips. He can tell you that when he started training me he worked out as much or maybe more just trying to get me to get this done. Anyways now I hate them because I carry loose skin in my stomach.. that's where I carry all of it... So now I do fit under the bar but this shit pinches my skin together now, which sucks. It's unrealistic to think you won't have loose skin when you loose over 100+ plus pounds... it's been more like an eye opener for me because this past 4 months I can see more than I used to. My point is don't let superficial things like this stop you from where you want to go. Here I am hip thrusting 405lbs because I made it a goal to be build strength and loose weight. I normally do them in a lower weight to bring hips up higher. I did this just to try to see if I could lift it. Yes I struggle along the way, yes I have bad days, yes I don't eat clean sometimes, but everyday I try to be better. So if you need motivation today.., do it so you can look back and be happy with your progress. Do it so you can feel proud of every struggle you've over come. Do it for you!
