Hope you're all having a great day today :) For those that are in their early stages of their recovery and even for those who just need an extra protein boost in their diets, here is a delicious Blueberry Vanilla Almond Protein Shake recipe that I love. At only 6 ounces, it packs a good kick of protein and is full of antioxidants and healthy fats. Plus it tastes great! You can also make double or triple the recipe depending on how much you need (mostly for those in stages 2 and 3 of their recovery). I always recommend using plant-based proteins, and preferably powders because they are so easy to mix with many different ingredients.
