Happy MONNNNDAY! ☀️😜 Up + at ‘em for an early work out this morning and I was able to put some of the extra calories from the weekend to good use by killin’ quads and glutes today! 💪🏼🍑 Sometimes I look at my work outs and think “this will be a piece of cake”, then I’m mid-work out begging for mercy + playing the most intense rap song I can find to get me through 😂😂🙈🤘🏼 @michelle_lewin always knows how to kick my butt, my quads are already sore 😓
