You finally make it to work & there’s no more coffee no donuts, the water bottle is out of water. Now you have a headache & no aspirin. Then compound that sadness & frustration with a room full of complainers, followed by someone who is just stepping on your last nerve...AAAAAAHHHHHHH My point is this there’s always going to be a million things going on in life & around you & in society. All of these things combined can destroy your inner peace & mindset. Focus your feelings & emotions on things that are positive & uplifting. The more negativity you let in the less positive & less productive you become. Don’t let things that don’t directly effect your life affect your day & control your mood & mindset. Your happiness. Your inner peace matter it’s called balance. Balance is where you find stability.
