Week 1- Gluteus Medius - An underrated muscle that abducts, medially rotates and assists in hip joint flexion. Oh man, my nemesis. 😅 It's also a major component for our gait alignment. With a weak glute med, you'll usually see a lateral trunk compensation, as well as a tightness in the TFL. 😜
My issues are keeping my inner thighs activated with internal rotation. 😅 Oh me, oh my. Knee taps in internal rotation kill me every time! 😅 Enjoy! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
