Lol kidding. 😂Well that conversation did happen but I was joking obvs. I woke up super late (much needed) and didn’t have a whole lot of time and I was pretty sore from my first week back in the gym since surgery. . SO. I rolled out of bed, poured some apple juice bcaas 🍎 and did 16 min slow cardio on the elliptical then had a nice looooong stretch which is a Saturday ritual for me. . I had a little more time so set a timer for 20 minutes and took to the driveway for a brief whole body workout. .
