Because purple 🐍 are delicious 😋 and I don’t feel guilty or ashamed. In fact I’m proud of my progress in making better choices and not eating them as often as I previously did. I’ll also add I ate a Hershey’s Krispy Kreme donut earlier but it wasn’t around long enough for a photo 🤤🤤🙊 I’d say I’m about 80% healthier choices while still enjoying 20% of the not so healthy choices. I’m steadily changing my body to a more comfortable shape for me. But more importantly I’m exercising again to build up my fitness. My goals aren’t to be a size 8 with ripped abs (I mean if it happened I’m not sure I’d complain 😂🤣🤔) But I just want to be healthier and fitter overall. I struggle with my weight, in part due to my PCOS symptoms, but also because I stopped exercising and making better decisions more of the time. PCOS affects me in weight related ways by making it super easy for me to gain weight but super super tough to lose it. This means that I need to be consistent with making more and more of the better choices to continue having the healthier portion of my life at a higher percentage than the not so healthy choices 🙌👍 I’m already looking forward to returning from holidays and Sare and I incorporating the new @arbonne #bodycleanse because we’ve seen and heard nothing but amazing results from those who have already used it! Who wouldn’t want to give their insides a good clean out that won’t have them chained to the 🚽 and doesn’t require a special diet to complete? So stay tuned for that in a few weeks time!
