7 years ago there was a time where I lost my job. And license got suspended for not paying two tickets. I spent 2 months living on my cousins couch so I can be in same city where I found a job at a LA fitness in Chino,CA. I would either walk, take bus, or get a ride from her to work and walk or take bus back to her place. One day I walkd little further to get Waba grill on my lunch break. I order my food and go to reach for my wallet to realize I had it in another pair of pants. I told the cashier sorry I have to cancel the order and I was expecting to wait 4 or 5 hours later till I get back to my cousins to eat. Lady behind me came up to counter and paid for my meal. I asked to pay her back another day and she refused to let me. Later that night on my long walk back home I cried. I told myself that I would feed Strangers as that lady did for me. Over the next year's I would buy Meals for people I saw on streets whenever I could. Fast forward to now.. I started partnership with feeding america riverside San Bernardino (FARSB). Last month I started selling living to grow apparel and the begining of this month I wrote my first and definitely not last check to them. Thank you to everyone who made a purchase last month. WE were able to provide 243 Meals. Thank you to everyone who has purchased this month. We are going to double those meals!
P.s thank you again Jackie and Emerson for letting me sleep on your couch all those nights.
