My Wednesday #livinginspiralized posts get the most reads from you guys! You’re all seeming to love my weekly check-ins, the What I Ate series, and then the healthy living topic. This Wednesday, I’ll be talking about how to balance a social life (aka 🍫 and 🍸) with a healthy lifestyle (🏋🏻‍♀️ and 🥑). It’s definitely a balance, but it’s totally doable and I’m proud to say I’ve accomplished it. It took 29 years, but my relationship with food, my body, my health, etc is the best it has ever been. In this Wednesday’s #livinginspiralized post, I’m sharing the ingredients I always have in my kitchen that allow me to make quick & easy weeknight dinners, even on the days that I don’t want to cook. 🍴With these few ingredients, I can make 5 dinners, without thinking too much about meal prep and planning. 🙌🏼 Like everyone else, the weekend gets away from me, I don’t have time to plan out my meals for the week, and I default to my “go-tos”. I'm talking about something that many of us struggle with constantly, but don't talk much about: exercise guilt.🏋🏻‍♀️With all of the social media fitness stars coming out about their fake poses and eating disorders, it's no wonder we feel guilty when we don't look like them or exercise as frequently as they do!
