2 spinach leaves, 1/2 a grape, and 3 gallons of water is my diet, I also do 600 crunches every half hour.

Today I felt good for the first time in a few days. Most days recently have been good I guess, but filled with frequent negative thoughts :/ no negative thotties today and I even had measurements done w/ no changes from 2 weeks ago🤷🏽♀️ .
Just getting on stage and completing a prep (prep autocorrected to oreo lol i wish) is a goal in itself. From not even a year ago saying “i could never do a show” I have come VERY far, I know that. I also know that i’m my harshest critic and slightlyyyyy too hard on myself.
From living on campus for the first time and then not being able to have a drink & go out to eat with friends (probs a good thing cause didn’t gain college weight, but every once in a while would be nice). To having Family parties and not touching a gram of homemade dessert. To getting better grades than first semester on 100g+ less of carbs. I have accomplished more than I’ve ever believed I could & I am ~proud~
18 days until all this intensity comes to an end... .
Acknowledge the things that make you proud of yourself. we are our own biggest fans lol🤙🏼 .
