SMOOTHIE BOWL. Who doesn’t like nice cream for breakfast? The perfect treat for warmer mornings when you don’t feel like something heavy.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Handful frozen blueberries
- Handful baby spinach
- 3/4 cup yoghurt or (1/2 cup plant milk)
- Handful of ice
Blitz, pour and top with fruit, oats, muesli or a seed + nut mix like this one the lovely girls at @kaya_store sent me to try - for some crunch, protein and good fats. 🍓I love the novelty of a smoothie bowl but I must admit that I much prefer to drink them (less mess and so much easier!).
