Y’all... I am eating SO much food with my new program! I do not feel deprived at all!
And it’s kind-of amazing how much your body can do and how good you can feel when you are eating enough food!
My hubby has been gone for a few days now, and I have recently started working again as a fitness mentor, as well as started a new regular workouts with a timed-nutrition plan.... that’s ok top of just being a regular mom, with diapers, spit-up, school drop offs and pick ups, and church responsibilities.
But even with SO much going on... I feel GREAT! My milk supply is actually up, I’m not moping around all morning just looking for the coffee, I actually haven’t even had more than about 4 oz of coffee in the last 3 days... and I’m not dying! 😲
I’ve felt so good lately that I have been able to keep my house clean for 2 whole days! Y’all this is HUGE!
Why I am sharing all this?!? >>>’Cause I know I have at least one friend reading right now, that NEEDS this! Needs a change. Needs to feel GOOD again, not just happy, not just occasional joy, but really feel like the world is FOR them and NOT AGAINST them! This is for my friend who desperately needs a #WIN in her corner!
