Week 1 did not go as intended. I had some incredible highs and felt amazing followed by some major lows.
I didn't do my morning practices(writing, meditation). I did some of my workouts, followed a lot of my nutrition plan. But I had sweets and alcohol. I thought well maybe I'll give up or maybe start over. But life doesn't work that way. We carry on and can make new choices.
So week 2 I'll try some things differently. Starting with using my planner the night before to make my priorities a non-negotiable and schedule the time in. Just like work my workout, my meditations, my studies- those are priorities.
It takes conscious effort to change habits and create dreams and goals. I won't beat myself up; i'll learn, evaluate and move forward. Being accountable is showing up and looking at your choices. How would I like to choose differently?
