I've had the best sunday morning! We had weigh in, plus finished off last weeks homework then our Sunday Challenger session followed by a talk from Shar, a previous The Biggest Loser contenter - such an inspiring & beautiful lady!
Motivation boosted ✔ I honestly didn't think theres was much more to loose but waved goodbye to another 1.2kgs! Our workouts today pushed me - still coughing from a sick chest slowed me down but got the job done .
I've doubted myself a lot this week, even had 2 days off because I was tired and trying to get rid of this cold but kept my food on track. Very happy with the result and using it as a reminder to KEEP GOING. Every little bit counts 💖
