I have forgotten to mention through all my posts that I’m doing this with an under active thyroid condition, diagnosed over 20 years ago and been on meds ever since. In a nutshell this means that I put on weight really easily and losing it is hard! #underactivethyroid #liteneasyjourney #lifestylechange #healthyeating #eatwell #weightloss

So after a week away on holiday with no #liteneasy meals I still managed to lose 0.9 kilo!! I found eating out a bit difficult but managed to be reasonably good. Breakfasts were easy to replicate. #subway wraps became my best friend for lunches. Dinners were a bit harder as we ate out every night.
I walked a total of 35 kms over the week so that probably helped too as usually I don’t walk anywhere!
Week 6 starts now, with the help of my #liteneasy meals of course 😊

So when the #liteneasy Popcorn packet reads “empty contents into bowl and heat in the microwave” I guess they really mean it......this is what happens if you just open the bag and try to heat it in the microwave!!!
