So after a week away on holiday with no #liteneasy meals I still managed to lose 0.9 kilo!! I found eating out a bit difficult but managed to be reasonably good. Breakfasts were easy to replicate. #subway wraps became my best friend for lunches. Dinners were a bit harder as we ate out every night.
I walked a total of 35 kms over the week so that probably helped too as usually I don’t walk anywhere!
Week 6 starts now, with the help of my #liteneasy meals of course 😊
