Then these Paleo, NUT-FREE, grain free, seed free dinner rolls must be made for Thanksgiving. Your dinner won't be complete unless you've got buns, hun.🥐 #lilsipper

FOR THE BUNS:
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or plain greek yogurt for a lower sugar content, but it won't be paleo)
3/4 cup @ottos_cassava_flour
3 Tbsp finely ground psyllium husk (I ground my own in a blender from coarse psyllium husk)
1 tsp baking soda

TOPPING: (optional)
Egg wash

DIRECTIONS:
Blend first 2 bun ingredients in a blender, then add dry ingredients and blend again until a smooth batter forms. Separate into 4 equal parts and form into balls. Place balls on a lined baking sheet and cover with egg wash then sprinkle with seasoning blend (omit for a seed free version). Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge AFTER cooling if not using right away for up to 3 days. You can also make a large batch and freeze them! Makes 4-6.

Hope everyone’s having a great long weekend so far!! Throwing it back to this 2 ingredient cauliflower gnocchi that I adapted from @lilsipper 🙌🏻 .

How to:
1. Steam and purée (blend) one small head of cauliflower and scoop out 1 cup to use.
2. Combine 1 cup of @ottos_cassava_flour and mix well.
3. Form into gnocchi shapes and boil in a pot like you would normally make pasta (the key is to take them out once they float to the top!)
4. Bake/sauté/eat it as is and serve with your favorite sauce + protein! .

I served mine with some @raoshomemade marinara sauce + shrimp + pico de gallo (might sound weird but trust me it’s delish!)

I used to be vegan many years ago but found my energy levels and overall health to get worse. Now I try to eat red meat 2x a week and feel my energy to be 100%. Some days I don't eat any meat, and other days I CRAVE it! My trick to help those cravings when I need it NOW? Cook a large batch (I typically get @eatpre_ in bulk and store the raw portions in my outdoor freezer) then freeze COOKED portions in my house freezer. Then it's easy to quickly reheat for those random cravings. Of course, if you find a vegan diet works for you, great! For me, I personally feel the need for it but make sure it's 100% grass-fed. #lilsipper

Chewable coffee? I made @lilsipper recipe. I had extra coffee so it’s not as gummy as hers but still so good!! Everything from Trader Joe’s except the @vitalproteins gelatin! I hate drinking coffee on the weekends but my body is so addicted I get a horrible headache if I don’t have any. It’s too hot for tea so I thought this was the perfect idea!!

Adjust your weekend plans to accommodate baking @lilsipper paleo bread. I don’t know how, but it works. This bread is a miracle.

Not only does it taste great, but also mimics the texture of real bread. As if that’s not a miracle on it own, here’s the the crazy part, it’s primary ingredients are eggs and almond butter! It’s also really really easy to make. Mix. Bake. Slice. Attempt not to eat it entirely. Freeze. Enjoy.

My only recommendations are to half the amount of salt called for in the recipe and keep a close eye on the bread as it nears the end of baking. Every oven is different and my first loaf took a trip on the dark side. Link in profile or google Lilsipper Erewhon (a grocery store in California) paleo bread re-make.

I’ve been sensitive to dairy since before I can remember, but that didn’t stop me from eating it growing up! 🐮 About 10 years ago, I finally decided to eliminate it from my diet and it made a world of difference. I’m always looking for dairy free alternatives ❌ that aren’t made from soy or tons of added preservatives, and that’s why I love @lilsipper cauliflower cheese! (Recipe on her Instagram)

I had to quit college after my husband left me.
I immediately had to support myself full time, working at any job I could find. I worked at a movie theater, did sales, then landed a job at a "health" food company in their corporate office and worked my way up to marketing manager. I headed up expo west events, was in charge of checking print on boxes for packaging, and was in training to be promoted to VP of national sales once the VP retired. Then I got sick, had to quit, left jobless...(y'all know the story). ⏭Fast forward to NOW. I feel blessed to run @lilsipper full time, provide for myself, help others heal, and now have my own protein powder. I still can’t believe it....and I still haven't finished college. My point? Just because things didn’t go as planned, doesn’t mean they won’t go your way...it may just be a different way, a way you never thought was possible. God provided, and He still does. #lilsipper

I used to make these Coffee Cubes all the time. They're similar to my "bulletproof coffee" I make every morning, but concentrated. So you can grab a few when running out the door, pop a few before the gym for a natural energizer, or even blend into your own coffee (since they're concentrated...and I mean CONCENTRATED!)

Here's what you need:
1 cup coffee concentrate (I used @squirrelbrew)
1 Tbsp ghee
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 scoops @vitalproteins gelatin (collagen won't work)
.
Blend above ingredients then pour into silicone molds or one large mold (you can cut after it sets) then refrigerate 2-3 hours until they become gummies! I dusted some with coconut sugar for fun! They're legit addicting! #lilsipper @lilsipper
