6 days postpartum and I could not go another day without spending time on my mat. In addition to bringing baby girl Ripley home, we have continued to do work around the house. My dad and Matt spent the week installing baseboards with a lot of help from my mom and even a little from me . We've unpacked boxes, set up Ripley's nursery and done as much as we could possibly do to bring the house a little closer to finished. My back and shoulders have become so painful from all the activity, plus constant nursing, so my body is in desperate need of some TLC.
Today's routine consisted of 5 modified #suryanamaskara, #padangushthasana, #padahastasana, #catcowpose, some shoulder stretches and modified versions of the 3 closing poses. I feel so much less stiff already. I'll try to post photos or videos of my routine as it develops soon.
