Last dim sum in Hong Kong, and presumably for the trip 😔. Of three we did in HK (Duddels and Tim Ho Wan), this was the best in terms of consistency and quality of each dish. THW was a bit more of a "classic" dim sum, while Library played with ingredients a bit.
