"I just don't have the time." This has got to be the most common excuse among those who deem it simply impossible to live a physically active lifestyle unless you're a famous actor or athelete surrounded by a team of coaches and doctors💉. Sufficient chest and tricep workout here done in 30 minutes. When you havent got the time to overload yourself with volume try hitting a few heavier sets to engage all the muscle fibres and really concentrate on form and control(mind muscle connection) with your lighter sets. You'll be surprised how taxed your muscles can get with little weight when you control and tweak your form(short rest times remember!). The weight is simply a tool used to overload the muscle, not a measurement of how effective your workout was. I also dont hold myself to any certain number of sets. Your muscles will tell you when theyve had enough as you can see on my last reps on a few of these sets lol. What pre workout is right for you?!?!
The fitness industry is bombarded with supplements and it gets confusing!
To find the right pre-workout you should ask yourself a few questions...
1. What time of day are you working out?
- night time workouts benefit more from a non stim (no caffeine) pre-workout. Such as Alphacre HD!

2. What style of workout are you performing?
- chasing a pump? Going a little longer than normal or lifting heavy?
You could benefit from a preworkout such as project-1 which includes a full serving of bcaa's, creatine, 2.4g of beta alanine, and 350mg of caffeine

3. Not as intense of a lift but need a pick me up? - benefit from a pre-workout such as megawatt v2 which has 350mg of caffeine but is lower on everything else

These are just a few examples of what pre-workout to use for different times/style of workouts.

Everyday is another excuse to GET CREATIVE and LIFT HEAVY! Today is an off day so I decided to get a small body pump on with some 40lb resin tanks. Tried lifting them over my head, success. Tried lifting two, SUCCESS! Even tried a few squats, WITH ONLY SUCCESS ON MY SIDE!
It feels good to be creative and it feels good to be strong. Only natural that it feels AMAZING to put the two together. With the right focus, intent, creativity, and weight one can workout ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!

Trying something different this week, hitting a hiit workout 3 times in the evening after my normal morning workouts, try get the abs showing a bit more.
Back day doing these single arm pull downs, isolates one lat so it works it properly instead of your stronger side dominating the pull down and working one more than the other.

Arm day provides a WHOLE NEW pump now that we do POWER-power sets. Normally we like those power sets and go from biceps to triceps without stopping. By adding resistance band bicep and tricep movements, coupled with the heavy weights, we're achieving more of a PUMP!
Some might say we're crazy, but I say we're HOMEGROWN! Every week @flowflexx and I try to do MORE. We go for power and STRENGTH! This was taken this morning!!Saturday grind!!.today im still feeling a lil sick and exhausted from a long week. Push myself to get up, pop a motrin in my mouth and work on my legs . Then tried this plate &25lbs. Pull ups. Posted this not to brag, But to motivate and inspire. Im a regular guys as it gets. Work 50hr/week with a family, 6 to 7 hours of sleep and feeling sick. But always manage to push through all my excuses and still show 5 to 6 time/ week in the gym!! Im not saying do exactly what i do. But to push yourself and achieve that goal is what im about!!
