Aus diesem Grund sollte man die Brust tendenziell mehr dehnen und den #Rücken im Verhältnis zur Brust mehr kräftigen.😉

Box squats for E X P L O S I V E N E S S!
I put the box at a height which allows me to sit just above parallel. One of the best resistance training exercises if not the best for the jumpers, especially 2 legged jumpers. I've seen major improvements on my vertical jump since incorporating these into my routine. Like with any other exercise you need to learn every single part of the "how to" of this exercise, especially if you plan on going belt less. How to breathe, how to unrack, how to lower, how to sit, etc, etc.

Whether its fitness related or not I'm determined now more than ever to accomplish all of my goals and dreams and.. "I will not lose" Jay-Z

By far has to be one of my favorite movements within the world of exercise and sport. As one of the two movements within the sport of weightlifting it is arguably the most athletic and for many the most exciting to watch.

So little margin for error and total commitment is required in order to succeed, especially as the weights get heavier.

The mental fortitude required is also one of my favorite parts because it’s not about approaching the bar with reckless abandon but trusting your process, knowing that you will need to extend violently and drop equally as committed with no guarantee as to where it will land, but trusting your training and practice will lead you to the successful outcome you’re looking for.

This is one of those times where the concept of 10,000 hours or repetitions to mastery really starts to come through.
.
Just because you know what your body is supposed to do and where it’s supposed to go doesn’t guarantee you’ll be able to express it every time. .
As you grow stronger the challenge becomes to continue to transfer your body awareness and experience into launching a heavy weight over your head just so you can receive it just right in the bottom of your squat and then stand to successfully complete the lift.

In my opinion few movements command as much respect as the snatch from others as much as from yourself.

If you’ve never performed the movement before I’d encourage working with a coach to property and more importantly safely learn the foundations of this incredibly exciting lift.

1/60- Chest/ triceps 🤗
So I pretty much decided to change shit up and do #lift4 ✌️ I made it though 9 days of "round 2" of the fix extreme and I just felt like I wanted to lift heavy again! I missed it so much!
Today I didn't hold anything back and I went to the point of failure with each set 💙
I used 10's-25's and ouchie!! It hurt so good!
Total calories 🔥 today with my walk earlier 385🤘

Just a quick one, take on board the advice a PT gives you with respect to nutrition and training. We can’t always be there during your additional sessions or watch over every meal you have. We suggest what we suggest for a reason, to get you to your goal. ⁣📈📉

However the BIG one. If YOU can’t be accountable for YOUR calories, how can you expect a PT to be accountable for your weight loss / gain? ⁣🤔

This isn’t aimed at anyone in particular, just a thought after having a convo with a couple other PT’s this morning 🙂⁣

Happy Friday Instagram!

Today was a GOOD day for the first time ever (that I recall) I’ve burned 3,000 calories. I’m not sure how accurate my watch tracks but still this is a victory to me. I would like give the credit to my new job...which is in the fitness industry! But still finding balance for my other job.
Never in a million years would I think that I would have a role in the fitness industry. What do I do? Well I do sales and marketing for @tbcwestbloomfield and it really has been benefiting me more than I benefit it. Today I did one of our 45 minute boxing classes then after class I went to the gym to hit arms and do some light cardio.
I mean it when I say all is good. Well enough rambling today. As always.... you know the rest.

Massive blood flow today. Completely destroyed a 45 minute session that consisted of upper body isolation exercises.
I normally bench press heavy twice a week in my routine. Today I flyed away with 3 different fly variations (heavy) and some shoulder iso exercises. All for heavy and slow tempo reps.
Sometimes you gotta hit the weights with a crossover, and a no look pass to keep things from plateauing. Currently looking to continue to shred body fat. Let's see how it goes.

I look like I'm 200 lbs in this picture. Right now I'm weighing in at 174lbs. A clean mirror and good lighting would make anyone look great. -
