What pre workout is right for you?!?!
The fitness industry is bombarded with supplements and it gets confusing!
To find the right pre-workout you should ask yourself a few questions...
1. What time of day are you working out?
- night time workouts benefit more from a non stim (no caffeine) pre-workout. Such as Alphacre HD!
2. What style of workout are you performing?
- chasing a pump? Going a little longer than normal or lifting heavy?
You could benefit from a preworkout such as project-1 which includes a full serving of bcaa's, creatine, 2.4g of beta alanine, and 350mg of caffeine
3. Not as intense of a lift but need a pick me up? - benefit from a pre-workout such as megawatt v2 which has 350mg of caffeine but is lower on everything else
These are just a few examples of what pre-workout to use for different times/style of workouts.
