After another 4 day music festival, I took a couple days off. I swear these things take a toll on your body like no other.
Good to be back in the gym tonight throwing some weight around. Meal prep today and I'll try to keep my diet and training more consistent wrapping up the summer. Still sitting just below 175 so I'm excited to see some weight gain again.
