Last night my wonderful friend and client @ryanfox2802 posed me this question as he has read that being a Vegetarian is great for Fat Loss. . .
So we spoke it through. And came to these conclusions: 🥗 Some people may fund having a restrictive diet like being Vegan or Veggie useful to make better choices about getting their calories under control 🥗As a Carnivore you should still be eating as many vegetables as possible. 🥗 Many Vegetarians can end up over indulging on White Carbohydrates to make up their plate look fuller - so be careful. . .
In truth I believe it doesn’t matter what your Diet is. If you believe in one way or another that’s wonderful. And everyone can lose weight eating the way they believe. Unless the way they believe is Refined Sugar Over Protein and Hydration 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Stay Hydrated 💦🍶 !
I always have to remind myself to drink more !
Even mild to moderate dehydration can create potentially damaging consequences to your body during exercise.
Not drinking enough fluids or losing too much bodily fluid causes dehydration. This can thicken your blood, cause your blood vessels to narrow and increase your risk of developing blood clots. Exercising under these conditions is dangerous and can also prolong the effects of dehydration.
Dehydration is also a cumulative process. You can become dehydrated with even a moderate exercise routine if you do not drink enough fluid to replace what you lose on a daily Basis !
Dehydration occurs when fluid is lost in significant amounts from the body. As fluid is lost from the bloodstream and body tissues, an electrolyte imbalance occurs. Exercising under these conditions can have consequences ranging from mild heat cramps to potentially life-threatening heatstroke ! Seizures can occur as a result of the electrolyte imbalance, causing involuntary muscle contractions and a potential loss of consciousness. Sometimes we get so caught up in the business of comparison and forget the progress we are making ourselves.

If when you started you couldn’t squat an empty bar to depth without falling over (that was me) then squatting a nice full ROM squat with a bar is incredible progress to be proud of.

To get a mature squat pattern is a multiple year process. Think 3-5 years.

Moving better is progress.

Once you move better the other gains come without the same injury risk. (Find a good coach)

Att leva med kronisk värk är som ett lotteri. Man vet aldrig var man får liksom. Jag får behandling hos neurologen var 11:e vecka, som hjälper mig leva ett väl fungerande liv. Men det slår aldrig fel. Mitt emellan dessa 11 veckor får jag ett skov på några dagar där inga av mina mediciner hjälper. Vaknar idag med nack/huvudvärk för fjärde dagen i rad. Och grejen är att jag måste hålla igång ändå. Lägger jag mig en hel dag i sängen eller soffan så är det som att hela kroppen fått stryk. Då smärtar det överallt. En ledig dag idag iaf efter en fullsmockad jobbhelg (ja, med värk) lite lugnare tempo under dagen, och träning i eftermiddag.
