Might’ve noticed I’ve been a bit quiet lately.
Truth be told, my #mentalhealth hasn’t been great the last few weeks, and I felt myself slipping again.
The last couple of days I’ve pulled myself back, and started focusing on how and what I need to do to get out of this slump. A big shout out to @dean_g_fitness for yesterday’s session and also encouraging me throughout the last few weeks. Turning up at the #compound & lifting a car was a HUUUUUUGE confidence boost.
Time to get back to the hunt.

X22 tyre flips in two mins
X1 lap of the garden w/ tractor tyre
X3 #towerofterror challenges
& a few minutes boxing.

I was right that the program was too heavy for me. Couldn't finish the routine today. Too exhausting.
Maybe I am really good with Full Body routines. Have tried many times and failed.

Stir fried chicken breast with basil leaves.
The old simple way of Thai stir fried dish; just throw some smashed garlics and dried chili into a hot pan with olive oil, add sliced chicken breast in, seasoning with soy souce, oyster sause, fish sause, sugar and end the ritual by tossing some fresh basils.

The side dish are steamed kailan and fried tomatoes
