I had a light bite to eat before, sipping my BCAA and Creatine from @amsportme during the lifts, each time feeling every rep, from the tension in my lats on the hang, to the stretch of my traps on the pull, right into the drop and the settling on my squat and then the punch into my shoulders overhead.. when the weight settles.. and all is calm again. ✌️ Only to start again on a heavier weight. Slow pull from the ground, once it crosses those knees, accelerate to the finish 🏋
