I converted to the Pescatarian diet 5 months ago. Don't knock my diet until you try it. I don't eat meat but I do eat Fish, Veggies, Pizza, fruits, beans, and Complex carbohydrates( brown rice, quinoa, etc) I drink plenty of water and avoid sugary drinks🐟 I feel good and I'm not bloated, took me a while to find foods that I enjoy but thats cool its a journey. I'm still exploring. Brain and muscle food💪💪💪Do what works for you!
