This photo of Charlie on Day 1 of his life (born at 29 weeks and now a fighting fit 8 year old) reflects why we do the #walkforprems each year with #lifeslittletreasures .This year we also have another premmie treasure, Coby (born at 32 weeks and now a spirited 8 month old) in our family that we are walking for as well. There are so many families with babies in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit's like Charlie was or Special Care Nursery like Coby was. These families need education by way of Prem Baby Journals and resources, emotional and financial support for petrol and hospital parking, medical bills and more. Any support however big or small you can give us for doing the 2018 Walk for Prems this year would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Kim, Stu, Charlie and Coby. Xx
It really is the little things that make it all worth it. From the smile you can put on someone’s face from a new color to warm fuzzies you get from snuggling a puppy. These are the things that make this journey called life worth it! ⠀⠀ What fills your heart ♥️ up everyday? ⠀⠀
We love receiving knitted donations here at LLTF and look at these beautiful cardigans and beanies we received at the office this month 😍😍😍 A very big thank you to I. Walton in Alice Springs for so generously knitting them.
