Felt a different workout routine for leg day today that I'm sure is frowned upon and I'm still a little insecure of putting them in the spotlight but fueled with @bpsupps Power V2 and STOOPID Pump while sipping on the cotton candy intraworkout I warmed up with my back squats 225 2x3x10....and then
465 for a new PR.
The (2x) before each means a rest before repeating but during that period I was including ab workouts to keep my core tight. I finished with front squats of starting at....
This isn't my normal routine for legs at all but I set my mind on this and wanted to try it, to test my legs and just gain the mental confidence of even though they're no where close to where I want to them to be.
