Another quick and easy sweat session for the books! It's only Tuesday, but I'm already counting down the days until the weekend. Squeezing in a 15-minute workout felt just right before heading off to the pool for a dip with my mini. Plus, my little lifeguard-to-be would rather be swimming and soaking up the sunshine!
Here's the circuit - do AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes and that's it!
5 x Burpees
10 x Bodyweight Squats
5 x X-Jumps
