It oddly resembles pulled pork in both look and texture but is refreshing and tangy in taste, vegans everywhere REJOICE! 🎉I was hungryAF so I toasted an everything gluten-free bagel with avocado mash (red pepper, salt, garlic powder), BBQ jackfruit with extra sauceeee on top 🤗 For the jackfruit I have yet to find an actual one so I bought canned jackfruit in water (always buy IN WATER! Not in syrup) and I sautéed it real quick in BBQ sauce added some garlic and additional spices. Ingredientes:
2 abobrinhas
200ml de leite desnatado
1 colher de azeite de oliva
4 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo integral
2 dentes de alho
4 ovos
Sal e pimenta do reino para temperar a gosto

Modo de preparo:
Lave as abobrinhas e rale-as.
Salteie a abobrinha numa frigideira com o azeite até muchar.
Acrescente o alho picado, sal e pimenta e cozinhe por mais dois minutos.
Em seguida acrescente a farinha e o leite e misture muito bem, cozinhe por mais dois minutos e desligue o fogo.
Deixe a mistura amornar para adicionar as gemas de ovo e misture bem.
A parte bata as claras do ovo em neve até que fiquem bem consistentes. Adicione-as ao preparo da abobrinha e misture delicadamente, para que não percam o ar e o suflê fique volumoso.
Transfira o suflê para um refratário untado, leve para assar no forno pré-aquecido a 180° durante 25 a 30 minutos. Sirva a vontade. 🍜
