Kristin and Jena just wanted to get married in the Gorge, by a waterfall. Then, the fire started. Working with the photographer, Heidi Heaphy, she recommended Hug Point, with its beautiful waterfalls and the added bonus of the beach! Then, a storm came in at the beach and Hug Point was no longer an option. Cathedral Park bubbled up as the final location for their very intimate wedding. It would be the 5 of us - the brides, Heidi, myself and my grandson, Jax.
While settling in to the ceremony spot, the brides asked what they should do with the little beautiful box that was holding the wedding rings, the only 'thing' the two of them brought with them from their home - Dallas, Texas.
Jax to the rescue! He was beyond thrilled! So, the ring bearer - dressed in his dinosaur raincoat and rubber boats, did the honors of delivering their rings to them on their wedding day, which just happened to be the same day he asked his Nana if he could go on an adventure with her.......#heartrockceremonies #heidiheaphyphotography @heidiheaphy #elopementportlandoregon #customizedceremony #personalizedceremony #bridessayido #pnwweddingofficiant #oregonweddingofficiant #cathedralpark #cathedralparkwedding #lifecyclecelebrantwedding #realcelebrant
