Status: Study fullstackdevelopment, feels epic to finally study a education that suits me, I have a part time-job with great collwagues and awesome boss. I recently did a health examination and apparently I need to change my food and start exercise more so I'm eating smaller portions, no sugar and drink a lot of water.
And taking care of my mentally health because of stress with mindfulness , no weekplanning except schoolprojects, no stress to plan workout when I'm tired. I talk alot about it with family and closest friends and get best support ^^ So if you have any adbice of HIIT-workouts, your favourite rawfood and excercise?
And I miss summer alot all and shrnanigans but next week I'll be in Gothenburg for welldeserved vacation.
