Time to grab my mat because Thursday is yoga day at work 🙌🏻
So lucky to get the opportunity to squeeze some calm and stillness into my jam-packed weekly schedule 🙏🏻
Now, not everyone can take an hour out of the office for yoga in the park, I get it. But there are other things you can do to just.... stop. Even for a little bit. @headspace app has so many guided meditations, some of them as short as a minute or two long if you’re super time-poor or just getting started with meditation (I love @andypuddicombe ’s voice, so soothing). Or you can get Stephen Fry to read you a bedtime story on @calm (there’s a running theme here with male British voices 🎵😍🇬🇧😂👊🏻). Maybe get a yoga app so you can do a little flow at home when you wake or before bed or in a break? Or just closing your eyes and focusing on your breath, just for a minute or two even helps. I know someone who goes to the toilets at work to do this!
